Camp Details
Week 1: Introduction to basic hit mechanics.
Week 2: Focus on bat speed and power.
Week 3: Approach at the plate.
Week 4: Off-speed pitches.
Week 5: Bat speed and power.
Week 6: Competition and pregame preparation.

Bat speed will be tested during week one and then again during week six to see improvement and results. Player of the week will receive a wristband and the player of the session will receive a t-shirt.
