There are a variety of different programs we offer baseball and softball players. Each individual player is different so it is important to maximize each player's weakness to make it their strength. Our speed & agility and strength-training programs not only focus on the explosiveness and first-step quickness, but also establishes great conditioning and endurance so each player can perform at a high-level over a long weekend or tournaments or season.
Agility:This integrated program blends weight training, core-stability, and speed and agility with baseball and softball specific movements. The foundational elements of joint stability coupled with the strength and neural power training, will help prevent common knee and shoulder injuries associated with female athletes. The nutritional component of this program will provide a healthy direction towards fueling new athletic endeavors.
